QI IMPLEMENATION DETAILS. The following section provides detailed information about the QI Goal implementation, their associated activities and timelines for Quarter 1 of CY23 • January 1-March 31, 2023 ACOs will conclude Quality Improvement Projects. Activities will include finalizing project activities, analyzing the impacts of interventions, assessing performance between baseline and remeasurement periods using selected indicators, and identifying of any successes and/or barriers. • Deliverables Submission of final Remeasurement Reports summarizing results of interventions, final assessment of short-term and outcome indicators, and reporting of performance data.
