QINGDAO CARES SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENTS. On 12 August 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Penglai International Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the operation command dispatching information system for the Penglai International Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation and testing of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the three-year quality warranty for the operation command dispatching information system. On 12 October 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Taoxian Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system for the Taoxian Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation, testing and maintenance of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system. On 12 November 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Zhuhai Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A- CDM) system and operation management platform system for the Zhuhai Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation and testing of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the one-year quality warranty for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system and operation management platform system. On 3 December 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Jining Qufu Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A- CDM) system for the Jining Qufu Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement, installation and testing of the required software and the overall system implementation as well as the two-year quality warranty for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system. On 30 December 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the weak current system for the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement, installation and testing of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the two-year quality warranty for the weak current system. On 12 August 202026 December 2019, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Penglai International Airport Boarding Gate Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the operation command dispatching information system for the Penglai International Airport Boarding Gate Face Recognition System Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation and testing of the required software and hardware and the overall system implementation as well as the one-year quality warranty for the Boarding Gate Face Recognition System Project. On 28 December 2019, Xinjiang Cares entered into the Urumchi Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which Xinjiang Cares has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system for the Urumchi Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement, delivery, installation and testing of the required software and the overall system implementation as well as the threefive-year quality warranty for the operation command dispatching information airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system. On 12 October 15 January 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Taoxian Guangdong Province Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system for the Taoxian Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation, testing and maintenance of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system. On 12 November 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Zhuhai Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A- CDM) system and operation ground vehicle operations management platform system for the Zhuhai Guangdong Province Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation and testing of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the onefive-year quality warranty for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system and operation management platform system. On 3 December 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Jining Qufu Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A- CDM) system for the Jining Qufu Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement, installation and testing of the required software and the overall system implementation as well as the two-year quality warranty for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system. On 12 August 202010 May 2019, the Company entered into the Technology Development Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares Penglai International the construction of the Nationalization and Open Sourcing Research Project for products in relation to airport ground operation, which includes but not limited to, the provision of technology development services for such project. On 30 May 2019, the Company entered into the Lhasa Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the operation command dispatching information facial recognition & ID authentication system for the Penglai International Lhasa Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation procurement and testing delivery of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the threeone-year quality warranty for the operation command dispatching information facial recognition & ID authentication system. On 12 October 202024 June 2019, the Company entered into the Kangding Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares Taoxian the construction of the weak current information system for the Kangding Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement and delivery of the required hardware and software as well as the two-year quality warranty for the weak current information system. On 12 August 2019, the Company entered into the Wuliangye Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the weak current information system for the Wuliangye Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement and delivery of the required software as well as the two-year quality warranty for the weak current information system. On 15 August 2019, the Company entered into the Sanya Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system for the Taoxian Sanya Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation, installation and testing and maintenance of the required hardware and software and as well as the overall system implementation one-year quality warranty for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system. On 12 November 202026 September 2019, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Zhuhai Airport Houshayu Intelligent Park Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A- CDM) system and operation management platform system for the Zhuhai Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation and testing of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the one-year quality warranty for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system and operation management platform system. QINGDAO CARES SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENTS. On 12 August 202016 January 2019, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Penglai International Hailar Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which Qingdao Cares has agreed to subcontract to the Company the construction of the self-service check-in system for the Hailar Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the procurement, installation and testing of the required software and hardware and the overall system implementation as well as the grant of right to use four self-service check-in equipment for a term of five years and the one-year quality warranty for the self-service check-in equipment. On 16 January 2019, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Two Airports (Ordos and Jiansanjiang) Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the facial recognition & ID authentication system for the Two Airports (Ordos and Jiansanjiang) Project, which includes, but not limited to, the procurement, installation and testing of the required software and hardware and the overall system implementation as well as the one-year quality warranty for the facial recognition & ID authentication system. On 16 January 2019, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Liuting Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the operation command dispatching information ACDM system for the Penglai International Liuting Airport Project, which includes includes, but not limited to, the procurement, installation and testing of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation as well as the three-year quality warranty for the operation command dispatching information system. On 12 October 2020, the Company entered into the Qingdao Cares Taoxian Airport Subcontract Agreement with Qingdao Cares, pursuant to which the Company has agreed to subcontract to Qingdao Cares the construction of the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system for the Taoxian Airport Project, which includes but not limited to, the installation, testing and maintenance of the required hardware and software and the overall system implementation for the airport collaborative decision-making (A-CDM) system.
