QuadReal Limited Partner Action. Any notice, approval, consent, demand or other communication required or permitted to be given or made by the QuadReal Limited Partner under this Agreement, whether or not expressly so stated, may be given or made on behalf of the QuadReal Limited Partner by the QuadReal Representative or QuadReal US’s counsel with the same force and effect as if given or made by the QuadReal Limited Partner itself.
