QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS. Local FSO resources operating within their jurisdiction are responsible for establishing and meeting their own local standards. When being mobilized for extended attack, all equipment and personnel must be certified by the procedures established in this agreement through the IDL. Certification should take place preseason so that any issues can be addressed. It is the responsibility of the FSO Fire Chief, or their designee, to ensure resources meet all minimum requirements. All equipment and personnel training and experience must be certified by the FSO Chief or their designee as meeting the requirements and standards of the agreement.
