Common use of Qualification; Authority Clause in Contracts

Qualification; Authority. Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of a partnership, corporation, limited liability company or as trustee of a trust represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of such entity (and that no additional signatures on behalf of such entity are required in order for this Agreement to be binding). Upon request of either Party, the other Party agrees to deliver such documents reasonably necessary to evidence the foregoing.
