Qualification of Shares with States; Registration of Corporation. The Corporation agrees to execute any and all documents, furnish any and all information and take any other actions which may be reasonably necessary in connection with the qualification of Shares for sale, including the qualification of the Corporation as a broker or dealer where necessary or advisable, in such states as the Distributor may reasonably request (it being understood that the Corporation shall not be required without its consent to comply with any requirement which in its opinion is unduly burdensome).
