Qualification Process. Supplier shall participate in and comply with JDSU’s qualification process, if any, to ensure Supplier and Products can meet the Facility Specifications, Manufacturing Procedures and the Product Specifications. The parties shall be responsible for the costs for such qualification as mutually agreed upon in writing.
Qualification Process. The Parties shall mutually verify the applicable Company Process as implemented at the designated Facilities for all Contract Wafers, and further agree upon the parametric, electrical, process flow, quality, and reliability specifications, as well as other standards or requirements that may be necessary for manufacturing the Contract Wafers as provided in an addendum to the applicable Product Supplements (the “Quality and Reliability Specifications”). Thereafter, Company and Foundry will in good faith execute the qualification plan for such Contract Wafers as set forth in applicable Product Supplement.
Qualification Process. Each of the parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to qualify Komag's Products on all Programs. Such efforts will require qualification of Products in combination with other Components (such as multiple combinations of Media and recording heads), as well as the subsequent qualification of WDC's disk drives incorporating such combinations at each WDC customer. Subject to Section 4.3, WDC agrees that Product qualifications must include sufficient WDC Programs, Component combinations and customers to allow WDC to meet its Purchase Requirements for Products under this VPA, taking into account that a Product may fail to qualify in a Program or Components combination, or for a customer, from time to time.
Qualification Process. The determination of whether a request qualifies for the tuition reimbursement program shall be made by the Chief of Police based upon the following considerations:
a. Is there budget authority?
b. Is the book necessary for said course, job related?
c. Is there supervisor approval?
d. Is the employee requesting reimbursement eligible for other assistance programs?
Qualification Process. Spansion shall verify the applicable Spansion Process as implemented at the designated Facilities for all Contract Wafers, and shall agree upon the parametric, electrical, process flow, quality, and reliability specifications, as well as other standards or requirements that may be necessary for manufacturing the Contract Wafers as provided in the applicable Product Supplements (the “Quality Standards”). Thereafter, Spansion and SMIC will execute the qualification plan for such Contract Wafers as set forth in the applicable Product Supplement.
Qualification Process. Referral Partner shall submit leads to GoalKloud for each Prospective End Customer through the attached “REFERRAL FORM”. Referral Partner shall complete all required fields as specified on such form. GoalKloud shall notify Referral Partner, via email, if a lead has been “accepted” within two (2) business days of submission of the form. GoalKloud may reject any lead for any reason at its sole discretion. In order for Referral Partner to receive a referral commission (a “Referral Fee”), GoalKloud and Prospective End Customer must enter into a valid and binding subscription agreement within one hundred eighty (180) days of GoalKloud’s email notification to Referral Partner of its acceptance of the Prospective End Customer lead. To qualify as a Lead, referred client must not be in current negotiations or have current relations with Goalkloud. If two Referral Partners submit same lead to GoalKloud, Referred Partner to first email lead will be given first consideration.
Qualification Process. Venture, and its suppliers, shall participate in and comply with Hypercom’s qualification process, if any, to ensure Venture and the Products can meet the Manufacturing Procedures and the Product Specifications. The parties shall be responsible for the costs for such qualification as mutually agreed upon in writing.
Qualification Process. 4.1.1 Manufacturing Feasibility Analysis / Self-Assessment for Serial Production
Qualification Process. It is understood that a qualification process may take place in order to determine which registered participant(s) will attempt the Shootout or Million Dollar Shot attempt(s). It is further understood that the Shootout or Million Dollar Shot attempt(s) may be held after the primary event on a hole used during the event. This does not constitute a practice shot as long as a new teeing area is used.
Qualification Process. With respect to any new SUPPLIER Product and SUPPLIER Product subject to ECO, and, from time to time with respect to SUPPLIER Product in production, SUPPLIER shall use reasonable commercial efforts to comply with JNI’s qualification process, including, among other things, making a reasonable number of qualification units available for evaluation by JNI and providing process control monitoring (PCM) and final test results to JNI to confirm compliance of SUPPLIER Product with Specifications. Due to changes in technology and materials, changes in JNI requirements as a result of new programs and merger/acquisitions, JNI expects and may request a small sample qualification builds (typically 5 pcs) as frequently as once per year. This small qualification build is expected to be free of charge to Juniper.
