Qualifications of Contractor Personnel. (a) Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, adjudged by Contractor as qualified to perform the Services. District shall have the right to accept or reject assignment of any Contractor Personnel. Contractor will assign an adequate number of Contractor Personnel to perform the Services. The timing for transfer, reassignment or replacement of Contractor Personnel will be closely coordinated with the requirements for timing and other elements of the Services so as to maintain continuity in the performance of the Services.
