FAA and Dealer acknowledge and agree that, in view of the increased responsibilities that Price has assumed as the principal of Dealer for the Peninsula CMO, Nissan has and will apply heightened standards with respect to the personal, business and financial qualifications, expertise, reputation, integrity, experience and ability of a proposed Dealer Principal.
