Common use of Qualifications To Do Business Clause in Contracts

Qualifications To Do Business. 11.1 GRANTEE affirms that it has all of the approvals, licenses, or other qualifications needed to conduct business in Ohio and that all are current. If at any time during the term of this Agreement GRANTEE, for any reason, becomes disqualified from conducting business in the State of Ohio, GRANTEE will immediately notify the Attorney General in writing and will immediately cease performance of the Work.
