Qualified Borrower Note. Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Qualified Borrower Note complying with the terms and provisions hereof;
Qualified Borrower Note. In the event that any Qualified Borrower has not previously done so, upon the request of the Administrative Agent, such Qualified Borrower shall execute and deliver a promissory note, in the form of Exhibit I hereto (a “Qualified Borrower Promissory Note”), the payment of which is guaranteed by the applicable Borrower pursuant to the Qualified Borrower Guaranties, payable to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties in the principal amount of its related Obligations;
Qualified Borrower Note. The Qualified Borrower Applicant shall provide to the Administrative Agent a duly executed Qualified Borrower Note in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto;
