QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. Except where Get Living London appoint a contractor, at your expense if applicable, for example, where the repair and maintenance might need specialist equipment for safety reasons, you must use an appropriately qualified contractor to carry out any of your other responsibilities to repair or maintain the premises.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. You must use an appropriately qualified contractor to carry out any of your responsibilities to repair or maintain the premises. This particularly applies to clauses E8, E9 and E12 if the repair and maintenance might need specialist equipment for safety reasons.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. Landlord approves Tenant’s retention of any contractors, materialmen and subcontractors hired by Landlord or its contractor for work on the Building Shell and Core. If Tenant desires to hire any other entities then all such entities shall be bondable, licensed contractors, having good labor relations, capable of working in harmony with Landlord’s general contractor and other contractors’ in the Building. Tenant shall coordinate Tenant’s Work with other construction work at the Building, if any. Except as provided above, Landlord specifically reserves the right to approve Tenant’s Contractors, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. No work shall be performed by Contractors except in accordance with validly bid and executed Work Orders.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. In the event that LICENSEE wishes to employ a Contractor to perform work for LICENSEE which involves access to the Software, LICENSEE shall, prior to permitting any access to use of the Software by the Contractor or its employees, require such Contractor to agree in writing to also comply with the terms of this Agreement. In the event that the Contractor violates any terms of this Agreement, the LICENSEE shall take all steps necessary to remedy the violation including, but not limited to, immediately terminating the Contractor's access to and use of the Software. LICENSEE shall also require the Contractor to grant to FDOT a nonexclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, license, and sublicense any improvements, modifications, or enhancements of the Software, including Derivative Works developed by the Contractor, in its written agreement with the Contractor.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. A Qualified Contractor shall be defined as one which meets the insurance requirements and reasonable approvals of Landlord. Landlord shall apply the Allowance only to the amount stipulated in the lowest qualifying bid and no portion of the Allowance may be applied to pay any construction cost of any other Qualified Contractor which is in excess of the lowest bid, reasonable change order cost excepted.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. The Developer shall engage, for all work on the Required Public Improvements, only contractors and subcontractors who are qualified to perform the work and who have been pre-qualified in accordance with Village Ordinance requirements. Pursuant to the Ordinance, it is understood and agreed to by the Developer that subcontractors constructing or completing public improvements are also subject to Village’s pre-qualification requirements.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. The Consultant may, with the prior approval of Client, retain the services of qualified parties who are not employed by the Consultant ("Qualified Contractors") to render services in furtherance of the Engagement. The Consultant may pass through to the Client the actual costs of such outside services without any increase or xxxx-up, but only in an aggregate amount during the Term of not more than three percent (3%) of the aggregate amount of the Consultant's Daily Fees during the Term. Subject to such limitation, such costs shall be treated as a reimbursable expense hereunder. For this purpose, Qualified Contractors shall not include any counsel retained by the Consultant.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. Subcontractors shall meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Be licensed by the State of California for the type of work to be performed.
2. Employ and utilize workmen properly certified and/or qualified, as appropriate, for specific skills (i.e., electric workmen shall be properly qualified as described in Title 8, State Electrical Orders, Subchapter 5, Group 2).
3. Comply with applicable laws, such as Equal Opportunity Regulations, OSHA, and EPA.
QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS. Tenant will have the right to designate a subcontractor for each component of work which is to be performed by a subcontractor. Landlord will not unreasonably withhold its consent to solicitation of bids from the subcontractors designated by Tenant, provided such subcontractors meet Landlord's requirements for subcontractors, and provided further that any component of work affecting the life safety, mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems of the Building must be performed by the approved Building subcontractor for that work. Following approval of the Tenant Working Drawings and the Tenant Cost Proposal, Landlord will cause application to be made to the appropriate governmental authorities for necessary approvals and building permits. Upon receipt of the necessary approvals and permits and subject to receipt of the payment required under paragraph 7, Landlord will begin construction.
