Common use of Qualified Depository Clause in Contracts

Qualified Depository. (a) the corporate trust department of a national bank, or (b) a depository, the accounts of which are insured by the FDIC through the BIF or the SAIF and the short term debt ratings and the long term deposit ratings of which are rated in the highest rating category by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies Inc., Xxxxx'x Investors Service, Inc. and Fitch IBCA Inc.
