Common use of Qualified Depository Clause in Contracts

Qualified Depository. (a) The Custodian or (b) a depository, the accounts of which are insured by the FDIC and the short term debt ratings and the long term deposit ratings of which are rated in one of the two highest rating categories by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies Inc., Xxxxx'x Investors Service, Inc., and Fitch IBCA Inc.
