Qualified Financial Contracts Addendum. In the event that a Fund or Portfolio is or becomes a party to this Agreement, and such Fund or Portfolio is domiciled and organized outside of the United States, such Fund or Portfolio and the Custodian hereby agree to be bound by the terms of the QFC Addendum (the “QFC Addendum”) attached hereto.
