The 'Qualified Reporting Entity' clause defines which party or entity is authorized to provide official reports or disclosures under the agreement. Qualified Reporting Entity. PSE will serve as a QRE to report Customer-Generator’s renewable generation Data to WREGIS (“QRE Service”).
