Qualified Substitutes. 1. It shall be the practice of the Board through the electronic system to obtain a qualified substitute for each teacher absence of one-half (½) day or more. The Board agrees to make all reasonable efforts to obtain qualified substitutes.
Qualified Substitutes. Where it is known that a regularly assigned teacher will be absent for three (3) or more consecutive days the best qualified substitute shall be assigned to the grade or subject matter.
