Qualifying Status Change events. Certain Qualifying Status Change (QSC) events allow employees to elect coverage. These QSC events, allowable elections associated with the QSC events and the timeframes employees have to make coverage changes due to the QSC events are included on the State of Florida Qualifying Status Change Event Matrix. The State of Florida Qualifying Status Change Event Matrix is incorporated in this Contract by reference. Changes and revisions to the State of Florida Qualifying Status Change Event Matrix are occasionally made and shall not constitute an amendment to the Contract.
