QUALITY AND APPEARANCE. Unit must be in excellent condition and appearance, with all components intact. If existing home is sold by Tenant, it will not be allowed to remain in Community unless it meets standards for entry level homes. Any existing home in current need of repair or maintenance needed to protect the safety and value of the home and property has 1 year from the written notification to comply with the “Material Specification”.
