Quality and Control Clause Samples

The 'Quality and Control' clause establishes standards and procedures to ensure that goods or services provided under a contract meet specified quality requirements. It typically outlines the methods for inspection, testing, and monitoring, and may grant the buyer the right to reject or require correction of non-conforming items. This clause is essential for maintaining consistent quality, protecting the buyer from substandard performance, and providing a clear mechanism for addressing defects or deficiencies.
