Quality and Goodwill. Licensee covenants to Trademark Licensor that Licensee’s commercialization (including developing, marketing, promoting, advertising, offering for sale, selling, importing, exporting and distributing) of any Licensed Products sold under and in connection with the Licensed Trademarks shall be of a consistent quality and shall reflect well upon Trademark Licensor and the Licensed Trademarks consistent with the provisions of Section 3.
