QUALITY AND WARRANTIES. 4.1.The Seller warrants that the delivered Goods correspond to the models specified in the Contract or the Technical Specification, and conform to the parameters specified therein and other provisions of the Contract. The Seller also warrants that the Goods supplied under the Contract do not, and during their operation, will not incur any defects due to their construction, materials, manufacture or for any other reasons, except if the Contracting Authority operates the Goods in a way that is contrary to the operating instructions.
