Quality Assurance Program. An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

Quality Assurance Program. Seller agrees to maintain and comply with a written quality assurance policy (“Quality Assurance Program”) attached hereto as Appendix G, and Seller shall cause all work performed on or in connection with the Facility to materially comply with said Quality Assurance Program.

Every Producer must demonstrate to Hormel Foods that all of its employees who handle hogs are certified in National Pork Board’s Pork Quality Assurance Plus® Program (PQA PlusSM) and Transport Quality Assurance® Program (TQASM) and will maintain certification during all time periods that Producer supplies hogs to Hormel Foods. Each Producer must certify to Hormel Foods that they are complying with this requirement, using the attached certification form. B. All of Producer’s sites raising hogs to be supplied to Hormel Foods must achieve Site Status, as defined by the PQA Plus Program, by the later of (i) December 31, 2009, or (ii) within 90 days of first delivering hogs to Hormel Foods. C. Every Producer that purchases weaned pigs or feeder pigs is responsible for ensuring that the weaned pig and feeder pig suppliers have established and maintain appropriate quality assurance programs, which includes an animal care & handling program.

Quality Assurance Program. As part of the Contractor’s Compliance Plan required by the Contract, the Contractor shall develop policies and procedures outlining the activities for ongoing monitoring, evaluation and improvement of the quality and appropriateness of NEMT services. The NEMT Quality Assurance Plan shall include at least the following: (a) Contractor’s procedures for monitoring and improving member satisfaction with NEMT services; (b) Contractor’s procedures for ensuring that all NEMT services paid for are properly approved and actually rendered, including but not limited to validation checks and an annual analysis matching physical health and behavioral health claims/encounters and NEMT claims/encounters; (c) Contractor’s procedures for monitoring and improving the quality of transportation provided pursuant to the Contract, including transportation provided by fixed route; and (d) Contractor’s monitoring plan for NEMT providers.
Quality Assurance Program. Construction Manager must establish and implement, in consultation with the Inspector, a quality assurance program to review the Contractor(s)'s quality management program, and monitor the quality and workmanship of construction for conformity with: 5.15.1. Accepted industry standards; 5.15.2. Applicable laws, rules, codes, or ordinances; 5.15.3. The Contractor(s)’s contract documents; and 5.15.4. The established or approved inspection and testing schedule. 5.15.5. Where it has been determined by the Design Team and/or Inspector(s) that the work of a Contractor(s) does not conform as set forth above, Construction Manager must notify the Project Manager and: 5.15.5.1. Notify the Contractor(s) of the non-conforming work, even if the Inspector(s) already notified the Contractor(s); and 5.15.5.2. Take any and all action(s) permitted by, and in accordance with, the Contractor(s)’s contract documents and California law to compel the Contractor(s) to correct the work.
