Quality Assurance Services Clause Samples
Quality Assurance Services. Each Party shall (or shall procure that its Affiliates shall) enter into one or more compliance quality agreements in the form attached at Exhibit 11 (E-Quality Requirements) (each, an eQuality Agreement) on or around the Commencement Date in relation to the provision of any IT Services and/or IT Systems. The Parties shall, and shall procure that their Affiliates shall, comply with the terms of any eQuality Agreement.
Quality Assurance Services. For a period of three months following the Closing Date, SLI or one or more of its Affiliates shall provide Supernus with quality assurance services and, as reasonably required by Supernus, shall assist Supernus in establishing its own internal quality assurance capability.

Quality Assurance Services. The Alliance Entities, with the assistance of LabAlliance as further described in the Management Agreement, shall furnish to LabAlliance those mutually identified quality assurance/monitoring services that must be furnished to LabAlliance so that Laboratory Services are provided in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation standards. Such services shall, to the extent not set forth herein, be furnished by the Alliance Entities to LabAlliance at mutually agreed fair market value rates.
Quality Assurance Services. LabAlliance shall furnish to the Alliance Entities those quality assurance/monitoring services that must be furnished to the Alliance Entities to ensure that Laboratory Services are provided in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation standards and, in particular, to the extent required to ensure that such services, by themselves, do not preclude the Alliance Entities from maintaining JCAHO accreditation. LabAlliance shall provide, with respect to the Laboratory Services and Professional Pathology Services, the Alliance Entities with such assistance as necessary for compliance with JCAHO standards. Such services shall, to the extent not set forth herein, be furnished by LabAlliance to the Alliance Entities at mutually agreed fair market value rates.
Quality Assurance Services. TSS shall provide the following upon implementation of TSS into the operations of User: Lead Trainer. TSS shall appoint User a designated Lead Trainer, who will be the User’s primary contact for all training and support. User shall have as needed access, during normal business hours, to the Lead Trainer for support with; completing the CM-CAT; implementing the treatment system; understanding treatment outcomes; advice in promoting, marketing, funding the program, program development and any other issues impacting quality and adherence to the system. Quality Assurance Services. (a) Provision of services with respect to obtaining and maintaining ISO 9000 certification of Technologies.
(b) Other matters upon request of Technologies management and agreement of Collagen management.
