Quality Control And Testing. The Construction Manager shall develop and implement a quality management program to insure quality construction. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the County will select the quality control and testing agencies and pay for the cost of specified measures and tests required by the Construction Documents. The Construction Manager shall coordinate all tests and inspections required by the Construction Documents, and the Construction Manager shall arrange for tests and inspections to be conducted as necessary to avoid any interference with the progress of Work.
