Quality Control Program; Coordination Clause Samples
The "Quality Control Program; Coordination" clause establishes the requirement for implementing and maintaining a systematic process to monitor and ensure the quality of work throughout a project. It typically obligates the responsible party to develop a quality control plan, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address any issues that arise. By formalizing these procedures, the clause helps prevent defects, ensures compliance with project standards, and facilitates effective communication among all parties involved, ultimately reducing the risk of costly errors or rework.
