Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Contractor shall retain a qualified person or firm to be responsible for quality control and quality assurance of the completed Work (the “QA/QC Director”), subject to the approval of Owner, not to be unreasonably withheld. The QA/QC Director shall be responsible, among other things, for developing procedures for testing materials, the oversight of materials testing, inspecting field assembled equipment (such as quality control of welding procedures and welding testing), verifying QA/QC of materials used in the manufacture of major equipment and verifying that all equipment and materials delivered to the Site meet the specifications of Engineer. The QA/QC Director shall report to PM/CM, Contractor and the Owner on a biweekly basis, or more frequently as needed. The role and specific responsibilities of QA/QC Director with respect to the Project shall be more particularly set forth in the agreement between Contractor and QA/QC Director (the “QA/QC Contract”).

Quality Control/Quality Assurance. 5.1. The Contractor will provide details of internal QC/QA data as and when requested to do so by the Authority, but at no more than a monthly frequency. The Authority will send the Contractor ‘blind’ samples of known genotype on a regular basis. The Contractor will be paid for these samples but will undertake to discuss immediately with the Authority any unexpected results. The Contractor will take immediate action to make any correction to their procedures or processes which are found to be necessary at no cost to the Authority. 5.2. If it transpires that the Contractor has supplied an incorrect result, they will test immediately duplicate samples which may need to be taken. If the contractor has been shown to be responsible for the incorrect result the Authority’s reasonable full economic costs, not to exceed [*] per sample in collecting these samples for re-testing will be debited from the Contractor’s next monthly invoice.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance. 3.9.1 The Contractor shall ensure that the Owner's inspectors are given notice of, and are afforded timely and appropriate access to the Work to make their inspections. 3.9.2 The Owner will arrange independent testing and construction inspection of the project under a separate contract. The GC/CM shall coordinate the Owner’s independent testing and inspection services. 3.9.3 The Contractor shall review the Owner’s testing and inspection reports and where required, take appropriate remedial actions. 3.9.4 The Contractor shall, in cooperation with the Engineer and Design Team, develop an appropriate system for reporting and correcting deficiencies.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance. A. The CM shall develop and maintain a written quality control/quality assurance program, acceptable to the Administrative Agent to ensure that the quality specified in the Construction Documents is reflected in the actual construction of the Project. The CM shall supervise the work of all Trade Contractors providing instructions to each when their work does not conform to the requirements of the plans and specifications and it shall continue to exert its influence and control over each Trade Contractor to ensure that corrections are made in a timely manner so as to not affect the efficient progress of the work. Should disagreement occur between the CM and Design Consultant over acceptability of work and conformance with the requirements of the specifications and plans, the Administrative Agent shall be the final judge of performance and acceptability. B. The CM shall receive copies of all claims or reports issued by the Design Consultant or its sub-consultants relative to the performance or acceptability of work. C. The CM shall be responsible and accountable for the quality control of the work.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance. All reports, plans, specifications and other deliverables are reviewed by a dedicated Quality Control Manager prior to submittal to the City. The review of the plans and specifications will also include a constructability review.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Construction Manager shall develop and implement a Quality Control Plan to govern all testing, inspection, and review of its Work and the Work of its Subcontractors during the Construction Phase to ensure it complies with Applicable Laws, standards and requirements of Owner and Project Manager, and any insurance requirements. The Construction Manager’s Quality Control Plan shall be attached to Final Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment as Attachment 12. At a minimum, Construction Manager’s Quality Control Plan shall include identification of the Quality Control supervisor, the details of the proposed Quality Control Plan and implementation of same; production and implementation of Quality Control reports; confirmation that any Quality Control Plan complies with Applicable Law and requirements set forth in any insurance requirements. Construction Manager’s Quality Control Plan shall contain a methodology for incorporation of the Quality Control Plan into all subcontracts and appropriate oversight to deliver the Project such that it complies with the Contract Documents in all respects. Construction Manager shall provide Owner and Project Manager Quality Control reports for their review and approval. During the Construction Phase, Owner shall perform Quality Assurance testing.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Consultant shall plan for and ensure quality control and quality assurance during the entire project. Consultant will ensure that all designs, deliverables and other work products are independently verified to ensure accuracy. Exhibits and plans should be checked, corrected, and back-checked for accuracy and completeness.

Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Consultant shall:  Create a project specific quality management plan. Quality control activities will be completed for each deliverable.  Coordinate between design disciplines so that the design is in conformance with applicable City of Bend and ODOT design standards (in place at time of Project), and that prior review comments have been incorporated into the design.  Perform an internal Quality Control (QC) Review prior to each Agency plan review submittal.  Coordinate and perform QC checks on plans, design revisions and computations, estimates, and other deliverables.
