Quality Control Reporting Clause Samples
The Quality Control Reporting clause establishes the requirement for regular documentation and communication regarding the standards and results of quality checks during a project or service. Typically, this clause obligates one party—often a contractor or supplier—to submit periodic reports detailing inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken to address deficiencies. By mandating transparent and systematic reporting, the clause ensures that all parties are kept informed about quality issues, thereby facilitating early detection of problems and maintaining agreed-upon standards throughout the contract term.
