Quality Guarantee. 5.1 The Contractor hereby provides guarantee for the quality of every part of the supply in the length of 24 months. The warranty period shall start on the day of the work takeover by the Client, i.e. on the date of execution of the protocol on due and timely takeover of the work by the Client.
Quality Guarantee min. [TO BE COMPLETED] months of the date of signing of the Acceptance Protocol related to the Subject of the Contract confirming a lack of any defects. The Manufacturer's terms of the guarantee shall apply. In the event of any discrepancy between the guarantee set out in the previous sentence and the Agreement, the provisions hereof shall prevail.
Quality Guarantee. 4.3. The Contractor provides the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee to the Equipment (any of its components or accessories) for a period of at least 12 months from the date when the Equipment is taken over by the Contracting Authority and it is confirmed on the handover protocol. The Contractor is responsible for any defect which appears during the guarantee period.
Quality Guarantee. 6.1. Seller shall deliver goods duly conforming to the specifications and requirements of Contract, whereof goods shall be new, unused and free of any defects.
Quality Guarantee. 5.1 The quality standard of solar grade polysilicon sold by Party A to Party B under this Agreement is as follows: N-type resistivity shall exceed 40 xxx.xx. Anything not specified herein shall refer to the quality requirements of industry standard.
Quality Guarantee. 12.1 The Seller shall warrant the proper quality of the goods delivered and the services performed by it. In particular the Seller shall in any case warrant that:
Quality Guarantee. The Seller warrants that the Equipment and Spare Parts shall be free from defects in materials, design and workmanship, as specified in this Contract. The warranty period for the Equipment shall be in accordance with the offer but not shorter than 12 months or 6000 operating hours whichever occur first of the date of signing of the Acceptance Protocol related to the Subject of the Contract confirming a lack of any defects. The Manufacturer's terms of the guarantee shall apply. Warranty for Spare Parts shall be in accordance with the offer, but not shorter than 12 months from the delivery. Should the Equipment or any part of it fail to conform to this warranty, the Seller shall remedy such failure by repair or by supplying a replacement part. For the repaired and replaced parts a new warranty period of twelve (12) months shall begin under the same terms and conditions as those applicable to the original Equipment. No warranty under this Contract shall continue longer than for twenty four (24) months from the Delivery.
Quality Guarantee. If, in the written opinion of the patient’s transplant physician, should for any reason, the Specimen/s upon retrieval for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation not meet the then prevailing viability and/or potency criteria benchmarked against international best practices, then LifeCell shall pay within 14 (fourteen) days upto ₹2,000,000 (INR Two Million only) to the Client if it is unable to source matching Umbilical Cord Blood Specimen/s from the LifeCell Registry (applicable only to Community Banking Clients) and/or from any public stem cell bank worldwide within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the request by the Client for stem cells transplantation, upto ₹2,000,000 (INR Two Million only).
Quality Guarantee. 1. Responsibility for Defects and Its Scope The 12-month period starting from the date of the signing of “Boat Delivery and Acceptance Letter” is the warranty period for the boat; during this warranty period, Party A is responsible to provide free repairs and replacements for the defects, break-downs and damages resulting from the boat construction, technical process and material or due to equipment quality issues. Party A is responsible to provide repairs, at Party B’s cost, for the damages, break-downs and defects caused by improper operation or improper maintenance by Party B and for the vulnerable parts damaged due to normal wear and tear.
Quality Guarantee. If in the opinion of the patient's transplant physician should for any reason the Specimen/s upon retrieval for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation does not meet then prevailing viability and/or potency criteria benchmarked against international best practices, then LifeCell shall pay ₹2,000,000 (INR Two Million only) to the Client if it is unable to source matching Umbilical Cord Blood Specimen/s from any public stem cell bank worldwide and/or from the LifeCell Registry (applicable only to LifeCell Community Banking Clients) within 14 days for a value not exceeding ₹2,000,000 (INR Two Million only).
