Developer shall regularly maintain the Quality Management Plan to contain current versions of the following information: • The organizational chart that identifies all quality management personnel, their roles, authorities and line reporting relationships. • Description of the roles and responsibilities of all quality management personnel and those who have the authority to stop Work. • Identification of testing agencies, including information on each agency’s capability to provide the specific services required for the Work, certifications held, equipment and location of laboratories. • Resumes for all quality management personnel.
