Quality Materials Sample Clauses

Quality Materials. Ensure that all Contract Documents require that all materials and equipment installed during Project Development will be new unless otherwise specified, and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all work performed in connection with the Project Development will be of good quality, free from defects and substantially in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. All work not substantially conforming to the requirements of the Contract Documents shall be considered defective. Prompt notice of all defects shall be given to Owner by Harbor.

Quality Materials. River City Enterprises will use only the highest quality paving materials that are durable, weather- resistant, and sustainable. We will leverage our extensive network of trusted suppliers to source premium materials that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations. By prioritizing quality in our material selection, we will ensure the longevity and performance of the paved surfaces.
Quality Materials. SSA/Tustin Family Campus Facilities Manager may require Contractor to furnish data and/or samples of chemicals or cleaning agents that Contractor is using or intends to use on the premises. SSA/Tustin Family Campus Facilities Manager, at its sole discretion, may prohibit use of any such chemical or cleaning agent and Contractor will be required to provide an alternate chemical or agent that is acceptable.
Quality Materials. All materials used in the construction and fixturing of the Premises will be new and first-class quality.

  • Third Party Materials The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services, including through third- party advertising ("Third-Party Materials"). You acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Company does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Materials. Third-Party Materials and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

  • Heavy Materials An Employee shall not be required to lift a building materials in excess of 20 kg in weight unless such Employee is provided with a mechanical aid or with an assisting Employee; provided that an Employee shall not to manually lift any building materials in excess of 20 kg weight to a height of more than 4 feet (1.2m) above the working platform.

  • Quality of Materials and workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.

  • Stored Materials Upon prior written agreement between the Contractor and Region 4 ESC, payment may be made for materials not incorporated in the work but delivered and suitably stored at the site or some other location, for installation at a later date. An inventory of the stored materials must be provided to Region 4 ESC prior to payment. Such materials must be stored and protected in a secure location and be insured for their full value by the Contractor against loss and damage. Contractor agrees to provide proof of coverage and additionally insured upon request. Additionally, if stored offsite, the materials must also be clearly identified as property of Region 4 ESC and be separated from other materials. Region 4 ESC must be allowed reasonable opportunity to inspect and take inventory of stored materials, on or offsite, as necessary. Until final acceptance by Region 4 ESC, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to protect all materials and equipment. Contractor warrants and guarantees that title for all work, materials and equipment shall pass to Region 4 ESC upon final acceptance.

  • Supply of Materials The following materials will be supplied by the department Name of Materials Rate. Place of delivery 1.

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to: (i) update any API from time to time; (ii) place limitations around your use of any API; and (iii) deny you access to any API in the event of misuse by you or to otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").
