Quality Measurement. EOHHS shall: A. Administer the Patient Experience Survey. Such survey may include, but shall not be limited to, questions about the Enrollee’s experience of care from their Participating PCP. EOHHS may modify the Patient Experience Survey in EOHHS’ sole discretion; B. Provide the Contractor with the Quality Sample for each Clinical Quality Measure within the final sixty (60) days of each Performance Year, or at another time specified by EOHHS; and C. Calculate the total Quality Score for the Contractor.
