Quality of the results Clause Samples
The 'Quality of the results' clause defines the standards or benchmarks that the deliverables or outcomes of a contract must meet. It typically outlines specific criteria, such as performance metrics, industry standards, or client expectations, that the results must satisfy to be considered acceptable. For example, it may require that software developed under the agreement be free of critical bugs or that consulting reports meet certain accuracy thresholds. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what constitutes satisfactory results, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring accountability for the quality of work delivered.
