Common use of Quality Standard Clause in Contracts

Quality Standard. Vendor agrees to perform its obligations and furnish its Services hereunder properly, diligently, and in good faith, in accordance with the standards of its profession, and in accordance with all applicable Governmental Requirements. Vendor shall implement quality control procedures, which shall be sufficient to ensure compliance with the Specifications and shall otherwise maintain quality standards for the Services at least equal to the normal quality standards applied in the industry prior to the date of this Agreement.

Quality Standard. Vendor shall implement quality control procedures, which shall be sufficient to ensure compliance with the Specifications and shall otherwise maintain quality standards for the Services at least equal to the normal quality standards applied in the industry by Vendor and entities Controlled by TowerCo Parent prior to the date of this Agreement.

Vendor shall implement quality control procedures, which shall be procedures sufficient to ensure compliance with the Specifications Specifications, including without limitation, procedures set forth in Annex C and shall otherwise maintain quality standards for the Services at least equal to the normal quality standards applied in the industry by Vendor prior to the date of this Agreement.

Vendor shall implement quality control procedures, which shall be sufficient to ensure compliance with the Specifications and shall otherwise maintain quality standards for the Services (including, if applicable, Colocation Services) at least equal to the normal quality standards applied in the industry by Vendor prior to the date of this Agreement.
