Licensee acknowledges and is familiar with the high standards and reputation for quality symbolized by the Licensed Marks as of the Effective Date, and Licensee shall operate the Restaurants and use the Licensed Marks in a manner at least consistent with such quality standards and reputation. Licensee shall comply with Licensor’s guidelines and specifications regarding the style, appearance, and usage of the Licensed Marks.
