QUANTITIES TO BE PURCHASED. Subject to the Purchaser’s obligation to purchase Goods in the quantities specified in paragraph 2.1, above: 4.1. See Annexure C for (basic) quantities. The IEC reserves the right to modify / update the said quantities in the second (Prices) stage of the a/m Tender. 4.2.
