Common use of Quantities Clause in Contracts

Quantities. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Xxxxx, Seller must deliver the exact quantities of the items specified in this Purchase Order. Buyer reserves the right to reject partial deliveries and to return at Seller's risk and expense any excess quantities of any items delivered by Seller pursuant to this Purchase Order.
