Quarterly and Final FSR. LHDs must reflect the actual Medicaid Outreach expenses incurred on the quarterly and final FSR. Actual expenses incurred must be specific to Medicaid Outreach as defined by the MSA Bulletin 05-29 and not part of a direct service. All expenses should be supported by an approved methodology and appropriate support documentation.
