Quarterly Checks. Quarterly the Director of Technology, with the support of the Residential Life Staff, will conduct an assessment of all Chromebooks. This will be to check for any damage, confirm charging carts/chargers have not been removed, and ensure students are using Chromebooks in accordance with this policy. Checks will coincide with the issuance of report cards and any student who has damaged or violated the Chromebook policy will not be given their report card until and fees have been paid.
