Common use of Quarterly Cost and Revenue Estimate Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Cost and Revenue Estimate. No later than the second business day after the end of each of the first three calendar quarters in a calendar year (end March, June and September) during the term of this Agreement, the Parties will exchange estimated cost and revenue statements for the calendar quarter just ended in a form substantially the same as the form set forth in Exhibit 9.2, attached hereto. For each fourth calendar quarter ending December 31, the Parties will exchange quarterly cost and revenue estimates no later than the third business day of January in the calendar year immediately following such fourth quarter.
