Common use of Quarterly Financial Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Financial Reports. All ETA recipients are required to report quarterly financial data on the ETA 9130. ETA 9130 reports are due no later than 45 calendar days after the end of each specified reporting quarter. Reporting quarter end dates are June 30, September 30, December 31, and March 31.
