Quarterly MBE/WBE Statement. On or before the tenth (10th) day of each March, June, September and December during the term of the Contract, Contractor shall provide Owner or Owner’s Representative a statement, broken down by each Subcontractor and Sub-Subcontractor, of the sums paid the prior quarter to each MBE/WBE working on the Project for Contractor.
