Quarterly Member Meetings. The Members shall meet at least quarterly, with meetings to be chaired by the Chair and attended by Council Representatives. The Members may hold meetings within or outside the State of Delaware. The Chair or the Chair’s designee shall give at least thirty (30) days’ notice to each Member for quarterly Member meetings.
