Quarterly Performance Meetings. On a quarterly basis, or as otherwise agreed between the parties, a formal review of the overall relationship between GECC and GEFA will take place. This will be attended by the Relationship Managers of GECC and GEFA, GEFA Regional Managers, GECC Regional Insurance Managers, and further representatives of GEFA and GECC as appropriate. Key agenda items for the quarterly meeting will include:
