Common use of Quarterly Reallocation Events Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Reallocation Events. In the event that there exists any shortfall with respect to amounts payable under any subsection of this Section 5.13 that specifically refers to this clause (p) (a “Quarterly Reallocation Event”), then the Master Issuer (or the Manager on its behalf) shall instruct the Trustee to reallocate on the relevant Quarterly Calculation Date (subject to Section 5.13(k)(ii)) the aggregate funds on deposit in the Specified Indenture Trust Accounts that were allocated during the immediately preceding Quarterly Collection Period to the Specified Indenture Trust Accounts in sequential order in the aggregate amounts due under priorities (vi), (viii), (x), (xii), (xiii), (xiv), (xv), (xix), (xx), (xxi), (xxii), (xxiii), (xxiv), (xxvi), (xxvii), (xxviii) and (xxix) of the Priority of Payments for such Quarterly Collection Period.
