Quarterly Reporting By IRI Sample Clauses

Quarterly Reporting By IRI. IRI will provide to MANUGISTICS a quarterly report summarizing the Revenues recognized by IRI from the sale of Supply Chain Data to the extent such Revenues are to be included within Manugistics Generated Revenues as set forth in ARTICLE IV. The form of this report will be agreed to by the parties but, at a minimum, will include Customer names if IRI is permitted to disclose such names, amounts of Revenue and the status of Supply Chain Data sales renewals to Customers that have previously purchased access to Supply Chain Data, to the extent Revenues from such sales were included within Manugistics Generated Revenues as set forth in ARTICLE IV. This report will be provided to MANUGISTICS within thirty (30) days after the end of each three month period of this Agreement.
