Common use of Quarterly Reports Clause in Contracts

Quarterly Reports. If and to the extent that the General Partner mails quarterly reports to its stockholders, then as soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal quarter of the Partnership, but in no event later than the date such reports are mailed, the General Partner shall cause to be mailed to each Limited Partner a report containing unaudited financial statements as of the last day of the calendar quarter of the Partnership, or of the General Partner, if such statements are prepared on a consolidated basis with the Partnership, and such other information as may be required by applicable law or regulation, or as the General Partner determines to be appropriate.

Quarterly Reports. If and to the extent that the General Partner Entity mails quarterly reports to its stockholders, then as soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal quarter of the Partnershippracticable, but in no event later than the date on which such reports are mailed, the General Partner shall cause to be mailed to each Limited Partner a report containing unaudited financial statements statements, as of the last day of the such calendar quarter quarter, of the Partnership, or of the General Partner, Partner Entity if such statements are prepared solely on a consolidated basis with the Partnership, and such other information as may be required by applicable law or regulation, or as the General Partner determines to be appropriate.

If and to the extent that the General Partner mails distributes quarterly reports to its stockholdersshareholders, then as soon as practicable after the end of each fiscal quarter of the Partnershippracticable, but in no event later than 60 days after the date such reports are mailedclose of each calendar quarter (except the last calendar quarter of each year), the General Partner shall cause to be mailed to each Limited Partner a report containing unaudited financial statements as of the last day of the calendar quarter quarter, a report containing unaudited financial statements of the Partnership, or of the General Partner, if such statements are prepared solely on a consolidated basis with the PartnershipGeneral Partner, and such other information as may be required by applicable law or regulation, or as the General Partner determines to be appropriate.
