This Agreement shall be created, performed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia and the parties submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place. 24.1 Contracting out of applicable statutes: (a) the Frustrated Contracts Xxx 0000 (NSW) does not apply to this Agreement; (b) the parties intend this clause 24 to regulate their bargain to the exclusion of the provisions for frustrated contracts contained in the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic) and the Frustrated Contracts Act 1988 (SA); and (c) no other applicable legislation for frustration of contract is to apply to this Agreement
