Questionnaires/Surveys. The Contractor shall issue monthly building service questionnaires/surveys to the Westwood Community School District staff regarding the quality of custodial services provided. Prior approval of the questionnaire/survey must be given by the Westwood Community School District before distribution. The results of such a questionnaire/survey must be given to the Maintenance Supervisor.
