QUIET AND PEACEFUL POSSESSION. LESSEE shall have quiet and peaceful possession of SAID PROPERTY so long as compliance is made by LESSEE with the terms of this agreement. LESSEE agrees to deliver possession of SAID PROPERTY peaceably and promptly within ten (10) days after the expiration or termination of this lease.

QUIET AND PEACEFUL POSSESSION. LESSOR shall defend LESSEE's right of use of SAID PROPERTY under this lease, and LESSEE shall have quiet and peaceful possession of SAID PROPERTY so long as compliance is made by LESSEE with the terms of this agreement. LESSEE agrees to deliver possession of SAID PROPERTY peaceably and promptly within ten thirty (1030) days after the expiration or termination of this lease, subject to LESSEE's right to remove the improvement as specified in paragraph 13 above.
