QUIET OPERATION. All the work of the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall operate under all conditions of load without any sound or vibration which is objectionable, in the opinion of the OWNER. In the case of moving machinery, any sound or vibration noticeable outside of the room, in which it is installed, or any annoyingly noticeable sound or vibration inside its own room, will be considered objectionable. Sound or vibration conditions considered objectionable shall be corrected in an approved manner by the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER at his expense.

All equipment and material furnished by the Electrical Contractor shall operate under all conditions of load without objectionable noises or vibrations, which, in the opinion of the Engineer, is objectionable. Where sound or vibration conditions arise, which are considered objectionable by the Engineer, the Electrical Contractor shall eliminate same in a manner approved by the Engineer.

Sound or vibration eliminators as recommended to eliminate any objectionable sound or vibration shall be furnished and installed by this Contractor if deemed necessary by the Owner.
